Title: Business Development Manager PSS7801

Role Description:

Potential candidate is required to communicate with customers to understand their needs. Candidate must have shown experience in developing creative solutions in solving customer needs. Also, candidate must be able to communicate clearly (both written and verbal) to both internal and external parties. Will work closely with development team to assure the final product meets customer requirements. This is a very dynamic position so being able to work with changes and switch between priorities is a must.

Qualification:

• Experience in working with customers to gather their needs
• Draft up proposals in solving customer needs.
• Work closely with sales and development to get solutions that meet customer requirements
• Creative in coming up with solutions.
• Adapt to changes quickly
• Comfortable with problem solving with minimal supporting data.
• Team player
